Ingredients

20 minutes
2 persons
  • 2-3 tspGhee
  • 1 tspSifted wheat flour
  • 2 tspJaggery
  • 2 tspFried gond
  • 1 tspGrated dry coconut
  • 1/2 tspSuth powder (Ginger powder)
  • 1/2 tspGanthoda powder (pipramul powder)
  • 5-6 piecesChopped almonds
  • 1 glassWater

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pan,add wheat flour and roast it. Once it gets a little roasted,add the fried gond to it.

    When both are roasted,add water, jaggery and dry coconut and mix well.

    Then add ginger powder, ganthoda powder, chopped almonds and mix well. Boil for 7 - 10 minutes.
