This paneer white gravy dish is always a delightful surprise with my friends and family because of its exquisite texture, aroma, and taste. It is perfect for a feast occasion when you are looking to add something royal to the menu.

Arrange and assemble all the ingredients. Make dry masala powder with all dry ingredients as mentioned above.

Take required amount of dry masala powder prepared. Keep rest in a dry container for further use.

In the meantime heat ghee and oil. Add the prepared, onion masala paste. Saute on low flame till aromatic.

Mix the curd and saute on low flame till oil separates from masala. Add cream and milk. Maintain the low flame and cook.

Then add milk and garam masala powder and paneer cubes. Cook on low flame till aromatic and thickens of the gravy is reached. Allow to cool naturally, garnish with roasted kismis and serve.
