Marshmallow Dolls for Doll's Festival

I wanted to make spring-like dolls for the Doll's Festival.
Keep in mind that you should make them in a cool room because you'll be using chocolate, and you'll need to be patient until the chocolate has dried.
I have a You Tube video of this recipe, so please check it out!

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Make pedestals by drawing circles with the white chocolate pen, and placing the konpeito candies on each chocolate circle with no space between them.
- 2
For the prince, make a crown and 'shaku' (ritual baton) using the peanut and melted chocolate.
- 3
For the princess, make a crown and fan using the chocolate pen and dragées.
- 4
Stab a marshmallow with a bamboo skewer, so it will be easier to work with later. (Stand it up in a cup to dry).
- 5
Melt the white chocolate and add a small quantity of red food dye to make pink chocolate. Use it to draw the kimono and cheeks of the princess on the marshmallow.
- 6
Once the kimono chocolate is cooled and dry, make reddish-pink chocolate. Use a toothpick to draw patterns on the kimono with the reddish-pink chocolate.
- 7
Attach the fan and crown with melted chocolate. Draw the princess's face.
- 8
Paint the prince's kimono with blue chocolate and draw the face with melted chocolate in the same way.
- 9
Place the prince and princess on each pedestal of konpeito candies. Make an origami 'byobu' (folding screen) out of gold paper. They are done.

Frozen Marshmallows Frozen Marshmallows
I froze marshmallows to keep them soft and tasty and to prevent them from going stale. I ate frozen marshmallows straight out of the freezer and they were delicious, so I posted this recipe. If you store leftover marshmallows at room temperature, they'll become hard and unpalatable. Plain and Sakura Cat Paw Marshmallows Plain and Sakura Cat Paw Marshmallows
I saw something like this online and it was love at first sight! I made them subtly pink colored so that they would be spring-like, but the plain ones are nice too. You could use cocoa powder to make them brown.Work quickly once you put the mixture in the piping bags! If it's cold, it will set fast. Make the mixture on the loose side, and pipe it out when you think it's started to set a bit - this way, it won't form any peaks and the marshmallow texture will be smooth Be sure not to overdust with cornstarch. If you want it sweeter, you can add a bit more sugar. Recipe by Yanzu cookpad.japan -

Marshmallow Ice Cream Baskin-Robbins at Home Marshmallow Ice Cream Baskin-Robbins at Home
If you mix the ice cream up several times as it freezes, it will become really creamy and delicious. And if you add honey, or sugar syrup, or use cream instead of milk, or sweetened cocoa, it will become thicker and closer to the flavor at that ice cream shop, maybe.I wanted to make a thick ice cream without using heavy cream. I like Rocky Road ice cream a lot so I really wanted to eat it at home. The ice cream will be smoother if you take it out of the freezer and and mix it up halfway through, but you can make it without mixing. If you are making it without mixing in between, use a big container and spread the ice cream mixture out thinly, or mix it up very well just before eating. If the ice cream is rock solid, take it out and leave it for about 5 minutes, and scrape the sides and top with a fork; the ice cream will melt surprisingly easily.
