It's Fall, Y'all.... here in Canada, anyway. What better way to ring in fall than with these delicious quick desserts.

Mix your cream cheese and Icing sugar well, making sure there are no clumps. Set aside

Mix all the ingredients except the corn starch in a saucepan. Cook together until the apples are tender and there's a little "sauce" in the pot.

Sprinkle in your corn starch, let bubble, then turn the heat off. Set aside to cool. As your mixture cools, the liquid should become almost syrupy.

Roll out puff pastry, cut each sheet into 6 equal squares

Spoon about a 1 to 1 1.5 tbs of the mixture into the center or each puff pastry square. Crimp the edges to keep from filling spilling out.

Set on lined baking sheet, and place the baking sheet in the freezer to set up the pastry.

While the pastries are in the freezer, preheat oven to 375° F.

Beat and egg and brush each piece of pastry, then bake for 18-20min or until golden brown

Once.cooled, drizzle your cream cheese Icing.
