Yam & Methi tikkis (yam and fenugreek greens patties)

This recipe was created out of an failure from another recipe, I wanted to create, but like they say - ‘end main sab achha hota hai’!! End product was so yumm to the extent that, no one believed it’s made out of yam!!
Eat them as it is or with full course meal, they will not disappoint you!!

Clean and chop yam into 2 inch pieces. Boil with 1/2 cup water until soft.

Mash the yam and Mix all the ingredients well, with hand/fork.

Take small quantity and Make the tikkis. Heeat mustard oil in a flat tawa, roast the tikkis on both sides well.

Beautiful tikkis are ready to be enjoyed.
