  • 200 gsilken tofu
  • 100 ggrated cabbage
  • 100 ggrated carrot
  • 2-3green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspchat masala
  • 2-3 tbspwhole wheat flour
  • 1/4th cup water or as needed
  • 1 tbspoil
  • Oil for frying

    Grate or crumble the tofu, add vegetables and all spice and mix well

    Add flour mix well and combine add little water as to make dough like for cutlets. Add oil make small cutlets

    Deep fry in hot oil and serve wih green chutney or tamarind dates chutney
