  1. 3and 1/2 cups green cabbage, cut in Julianne
  2. 1/4 cupJulienne red bell pepper
  3. 1/4 cupJulienne yellow bell pepper
  4. 1/3 cupcelery, cut into thin slices
  5. 1/3Julienne yellow onion
  6. 2scallions, sliced
  7. 1apple, cut into small pieces
  8. 1/4 cupchopped pecan nuts
  9. 1/4 cupchopped cilantro
  10. dressing
  11. 3 tbsp.mayonnaise
  12. 1 tbsp.olive oil
  13. 1 tsp.coarse grain mustard
  14. 2 tbsp.lemon juice
  15. 1 tsp.honey
  16. 1/4 tsp.salt or to your own taste

    In a small bowl, beat all the dressing ingredients

    In another large bowl, mix all the ingredients for the salad. Add the dressing, stir well and refrigerate until the time of use.
