  • 250 gthinly sliced pork
  • 1small onion
  • 1 tablespoonoil
  • 1 tablespoonsugar
  • 1.5 tablespoonssoy sauce
  • 1small amount of grated ginger
  • 2servings of steamed rice

    First, peel the onions and cut them into thin slices. Place the onion in a frying pan and coat it with salad oil.

    Cover the pan and cook over medium-low heat (to steam and sauté). When the onion becomes translucent, it's done!

    Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and arrange them in the pan so that they don't overlap.
    Cover the pan again and continue heating.

    When the color of the meat has changed, add the seasonings.
    Serve it over warm rice to finish. Enjoy your meal!
