Mix milk and flour in boiler. Bring to a medium heat boil, stir until well mixed. Add pecans, stirring constantly 10-15 minutes. Cook until it starts getting firm, kinda stays in a ball. Remove from heat.

Spread on a cookie sheet, let cool. Place in refrigerator at least 20 minutes.

With spoon, scoop out a bit a roll into walnut sized balls. (I make them smaller to go further.) Return to refrigerator until chocolate is melted.

Place chocolate in microwave safe bowl and microwave in 15-30 sec intervals until melted.

Dip pecan balls into chocolate, place on parchment paper or wax paper, add a pecan half on top and let sit at room temperature until set and hard. Store in airtight container.
