Ingredients

  • 1 packpork ribs
  • 1small bamboo shoot
  • 6dried mushrooms
  • Slicesginger and garlic
  • 1 tspsoy
  • 1 tspoyster sauce
  • 1 cupwater
  • Cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Blanch ribs then wash again.

  2. 2

    Heat pan add oil then stir fry ginger and garlic.

  3. 3

    Then add ribs stir fry until golden brown.Add in mushroom and bamboo shoot.And soy and oyster sauce.

  4. 4

    Mix well.Cover and simmer until done.
