First of all wash the fish with salt and water, now marinate the fish with lemon juice ginger garlic and green chilli paste, add salt then Turmeric powder, red chilli powder and kokam.put it for 30 mins.

In a plate add rava, corn flour salt, red chilli powder put the surmai piece in the plate deep the piece from both sides

Now put the pan on medium flame add oil for frying and fry the surmai from both sides

Serve with rice or chapti or rice bhakri
