Ingredients

  1. Molohiya- A handful of dried molohiya counts as one serving. It is washed thoroughly
  2. Lamb meat, cut into small
  3. 2big onion, chopped
  4. 4-5garlic cloves
  5. 4tomatoes, grated
  6. 1 spoonTomato paste
  7. 2fresh red peppers
  8. 4-5Lemon juice
  9. Olive oil
  10. Hot water

Cooking Instructions

    First, fry the meat in olive oil in a separate pot and keep it separate until it is transferred to the main cooking pot.

    In the main cooking pot, first start frying the onions in olive oil.

    Then add the garlic into the pot and continue frying.

    Grate Tomatoes - Tomato Paste Fresh Red Peppers - Molohiyas are placed in the pot respectively.

    Meat previously fried in a separate pot is added.
     Mix all the ingredients in the pot.

    Add some lemon juice and hot water and cook on low heat.

    As soon as it is cooked, desired amount of lemon can be added again.

    Fresh bread and a slice of lemon are always included when serving molohiya.
