As known to everyone, it's a famous Herb native to the Mediterranean or the Europe. A super aromatic and flavourful Herb that's a good addition to any dish. It brings that flavourful aspect to the dish instantly. I myself would definitely recommend it in any of your Stir fry recipes, Pastas, Rice dishes, Concoctions and Teas etc. It's a beautiful Herb that blends superbly with the dish in which it is used. Apart from it's culinary use, it's also used in herbal medicines. It's oil is also used for beautification.

In this above recipe, it's a simple yet a flavourful and a refreshing Tea that I love to sip on any given day. It's the most lovely one for me. It's used in cooking especially in the Mediterranean dishes. It is used for fragrance in soaps and cosmetics. Traditionally it has also been used to improve memory. It has anti inflammatory and anti microbial properties too. Full of beneficial antioxidants, this is one such versatile Herb that has so many uses. It's good for migraine and headaches too. Make this Tea as it is directly with just water as I did or use it in your Decoction or Milk Tea as well.

Enjoy Cooking with Zeen!

  2. 2

After that squeeze some lemon juice into it. Do not add more of it. Otherwise it's gonna be lemon tea only instead of rosemary tea. It's only for extra flavour. You don't wanna miss that subtle rosemary flavour and aroma. So be careful about it.

  3. 3

That's it. Let it steep for about 2-3 minutes. And it's perfectly done. Happy Sipping!

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
