Oven Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

Ingredients

  1. 3 tablespoonsolive oil
  2. 2 tablespoonsminced garlic
  3. 1/2 cupgrated Parmesan cheese
  4. 1 tablespoonparsley
  5. Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9x13 dish.

    Prepare the head of cauliflower by cutting off the thick stem. Place the cauliflower head down into a sink of salted water for 10 minutes. Rinse and cut into florets.

    In a large resealable bag add olive oil, garlic, and cauliflower. Shake throughly to coat the florets. Pour into prepared dish season to taste with salt and pepper. Roast at 450 degrees for 25 minutes half way through stir the cauliflower to prevent over browning.

    Remove dish from oven change setting and rack to broil add cheese and parsley. Broil for 3-5 minutes until golden brown. Serve.
