Spread butter on the bread and apply jam on the bread.

Put slice of pineapple on bread. Put ice cream and grated cheese on second bread.

Now cover the sandwich with the jam bread. Put the ice cream slice bread on the bread with pineapple slice and press gently.

Cut into pieces and add cheese on top and serve immediately.
