Steps

Wash the Ragi 3-4 times and sock for 10 minutes.
After that in a mixi jar,add sock Ragi (drain the water) semolina,salt,curd and water..
Churn 2-3 times then transfer the better in the bowl and give rest for 10 minutes. - 2
After resting check the consistency if need, add 2-3 tbsp of water.now add chopped green chillies and fresh coriander and mix it.
Heat and grease the tawa with an oil on medium flame.
Pour 2 medium ladleful of Better and Spread a little,then sprinkle the chopped veggies on uttapam and add oil on sides and cover it. - 3
After 2 minutes,Remove the lid and check,if upar part is dry then remove from the tawa..
I Serve with green chutney (as I don't have coconut chutney at this time)
Enjoy Ragi Semolina Uttapam..👌😋👍🏻
