Red chilli pickle
This pickle is very tasty and spicy..
Steps

Cut the chillies in salt and turmeric and keep it covered for half a day.. Then drain the water in a net and dry it by rolling it in a cloth.

Now grind the curia of rai... then take out in a bowl and mix it all with salt, jaggery, juice of one lemon and fennel powder and stuff it in chili.

Now fill it in a vessel and add one lemon juice from above and mix it well.. and fill it in a bottle.
