We always make this Sambharo.
We eat with Ganthiya,Fafda and side dish in lunch..
Very tasty with less masala.

We always make this Sambharo.
We eat with Ganthiya,Fafda and side dish in lunch..
Very tasty with less masala.
Steps
- 1
Peel, wash and grate the papaya and Carrots in long strips.
Slit the chillies, discard the seeds from the chillies. - 2
Put oil in a nonstick pan,add mustard Seeds and asafoetida.let it crackle.
Add chilli slits followed by grated raw papaya and carrots.. - 3
Mix it,then add salt and turmeric powder..
Sauté on high flam till papaya and carrots get half cooked.
Switch off the flame.
Transfer the Sambharo in a bowl and serve.. 👌👍🏻 - 4
