Steps
- 1
Preheat oven to 160 °C (320°F) and grease the cake tin with oil and put on parchment paper
- 2
Now here I have used readymade premix. So simply add oil and water in it and mix it well.
- 3
Distribute the batter evenly into the cake tin and then give the cake tin a light bang on the counter to release any large air bubbles.
- 4
Bake for 28 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let the cakes cool in the cake tin for about 20 minutes, before turning them out onto a wire rack to completely cool
- 5
For frosting : In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream with the whisk attachment of an electric mixer until soft peaks begin to form.
- 6
Now add 2 drops of color in it and mix it well.
- 7
After the cake is cooled, apply cream to one layer on the top and place another layer of cake on it.
- 8
Give it a good finish. Make any desire shape you want with the help of piping bag and different types of nozzles.
- 9
At last decorate it with sprinkles and refrigerator for one hour after frosting is done. And then it's ready to cut and eat.
