I had leftover gochujang paste.

Ingredients

  1. 1Onion
  2. 200 gramsThinly sliced pork belly
  3. 2 tbsp♡Sake
  4. 1♡Salt and pepper
  5. 2 tbsp♡Katakuriko
  6. 1 tbsp★Sugar
  7. 1and 1/2 tablespoons ★Mentsuyu
  8. 1 tbsp★Soy sauce
  9. 1 tbsp★Gochujang
  10. 2to 3 tablespoons Sesame oil (1 tablespoon for seasoning)
  11. 1Ground sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the onion, cut it half, and slice.

    Coat the pork with ♡ ingredients.

  3. 3

    Mix the ★ ingredients well in a bowl.

  4. 4

    Heat a pan with sesame oil. Sauté the onion over medium heat.

  5. 5

    Add the pork. When they have browned, add the mixed ★ ingredients, and pour the sesame oil.

  6. 6

    Serve to a plate, and sprinkle in the ground sesame seeds. It's done.
