Stir-fried Ginger pork with onions
Japanese inspired sliced pork with onions. Infused in a sweet sauce with caramelized onions. Made this as part of a meal prep. I only had a chunk of pork loin in the freezer. Semi-thawing it made it way easier to slice the pork thinly. Learnt something new and love this trick! I made the seasoning stronger as we were pairing it with plain boiled carrots and Bok choy.

Soft Stir Fried and Simmered Sweet Onion and Pork
I always make this when sweet onions are in season. I learned this recipe from my mother, and I still make it.A lot of moisture comes out of the sweet onions, so don't put any water in.If there isn't enough soy sauce, add a little bit at the end.I like to add a lot of shichimi togarashi (chili pepper mix powder) or ichimi togarashi (chili pepper powder). The sweet onions reduce in volume, so you'll want to use at least 2. Stir-Fried Pork and Onion with Ginger and Ponzu Sauce
My husband absolutely loves ponzu sauce. His golden rule is that [ponzu × ginger = refreshingly delicious]. So, I borrowed his "almighty combination" to put this recipe together.-Please adjust the amount of ponzu sauce and ginger to your liking.-Add more onion to make it more filling.-I add mushrooms or other vegetables when I don't have lots of pork or when I'm cutting down on expenses.-Mincing the ginger makes it more spicy. This will certainly suit grown ups. For 1 small serving for a bento. Recipe by Marrietty

Easy Stir-Fried Pork with Onion and Cheese
The "Pork and Cheese" that I had at an okonomiyaki restaurant was so good, so I tried to observe how they made it. I also added onions when I cooked it at home, and my family absolutely loved it!Make sure to spread out the meat to cook. Using pork belly results in a crusty finish because it contains lots of fat. Even if it doesn't turn out crusty, the fat will be juicy and flowing... It goes really well with rice. For 2 servings. Recipe by Momonga mammy

Stir-Fried Pork with Ginger
I made this dish to shorten the bento prep time every morning.Coating the pork with katakurik locks the meat juice inside and makes it tender.Coat the pork well with katakuriko. When I defrost the pork, I microwave it for 40 seconds at 600 W. Recipe by Ryo---ko

Simple Chopped Pork and Onion Curry Flavored Stir-Fry
I made various types of curry-flavored meat stir-fries from recipe books, but I was rarely able to get it to turn out how I wanted.I figured I would think of a recipe myself, tried several times, and was finally able to come up with a taste that I could approve of~ .This is delicious .This burns easily if you over-sauté, so be careful after adding the flavoring ingredients. You can if course, use meat other than pork offcuts.Season with salt and pepper for the finishing touch while checking the taste. This calls for lots of onions, so reduce the amount if you dislike them . For 2 peoples. Recipe by Iku..

Stir-Fried Atsuage and Ground Pork
I added doubanjiang to our family's staple flavoring sauce "sweet and sour soy sauce" and made this dish. The seasoning mixture gave the atsuage a really satisfying flavor that really bumped up my appetite. This flavor goes well with all kinds of vegetables, so you can make your own dish! Eggplants go well with this flavor. If you don't want the oil from the atsuage, pour boiling water over it to drain the excess oil. There won't be enough liquid in the pan, so please add plenty of water when you thicken the sauce at the end. It's delicious even without doubanjiang! You can use ra-yu spicy chili sesame oil, gochujang (spicy Korean pepper paste), or ichimi seasoning instead of doubanjiang. Sprinkling sesame seeds on top at the end makes the dish look nice.
