1big cauliflower
1 tbspred chilli powder,
1tsp turmeric powder,
pinch of asfoetida,
salt to taste,
3 tbsp gram flour
1 tbsprice flour,
cooking oil for frying

In a bowl add cauliflower florets and mix all ingredients very well. Keep for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a frying pan and drop the fritters slowly one by one into hot oil and deep fry till golden brown.

Serve Hot as starter or side dish with Rice
