Ingredients

2 lbsGround Beef
2 cansCream of Mushroom Soup
1 canBlack Eyed Peas, drained
1 canCorn, drained
Tater Tots
Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Steps

Cook beef then drain.

Mix in large bowl: beef, cream of mushroom soup, drained cans of peas and corn (and any preferred seasonings). Place in casserole dish.

Top casserole dish with tater tots.

Pre-heat oven to 350 then cook until casserole is bubbly.

Broil 5min or until tots are crispy. Cover in cheese until melted.
