Creamy Mushroom masala gravy

Take a fresh button mushrooms,clean with tap water,cut into four pieces,put put into hot water for few minutes,remove and drain the water completely.

Cut onion and tomato into big pieces.

Keep a pan in medium heat,add onions,fry till golden brown, transfer to mixie jar,grind into a smooth paste, keep aside.

Same pan add some oil,then add tomatoes,fry for two minutes, grind into a smooth paste.

Keep a big pan on medium heat,add mustard seeds,curry leaves,it starts cracking add onions fry till golden colour,add the grinded onion paste and tomato paste.

Then add curry powder,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and sal,mix for few minutes to combine onion and tomato paste with masala for few minutes.

Keep another pan add some oil, let it heat,add mushroom pieces fry nicely.

Then add to masala spices,mix well,add cup of water,close with lid,let it cook for five minutes.

Open the lid,add fresh cream,mix and cook for two minutes,remove from heat, creamy mushroom masala gravy is ready.

Transfer the gravy into a serving bowl. Super, tasty, creamy masala mushroom gravy is ready taste.

Serve with hot plain rice,jeera rice,roti,non, as you wish. Enjoy the super tasty creamy mushroom masala gravy.
