Ingredients

5- 6 servings
  • 3-4Brinjal
  • 1-1/2 tspCornflour
  • 1-1/2 tspBesan
  • 1-1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • Salt to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut and wash brinjal into long shape. Take bowl add besan, cornflour, red chili powder, salt to taste

    Mix well with brinjal. Add oil heat it and fry till golden brown. Take it into plate, and serve hot.
