Ingredients

  • 1 packokra
  • Some dried shrimp,minced
  • 2shallots
  • 1little cooking oil
  • Halftsp oyster sauce diluted with water

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash okra and trim it.

  2. 2

    Boil water and steam okra for 5 mins.

  3. 3

    Then slice it into two.Arrange in a plate.

  4. 4

    Sautee shallot and dried shrimp.Then pour sauce then simmer.

  5. 5

    Then pour over the okra.Serve.
