Chop down dry fruits and dates.pour some ghee in a hot pan. When ghee melts roast the dry fruits in a wok for 3 minutes. On medium heat.

In a pan add in 1 tsp ghee and add in dates and let roast for some while. And Roasted dry fruit and cardamom powder to it keep the flame on low and mix well.

Then transfer the mixture in an plate and then let it cool. Now cut the khajur paak in small pieces

Your delicious dry khajur paak is ready to serve.
