250 gramsFenugreek (methi)
5-6boiled potatoes
Salt as per taste
1/2 tbspTurmeric
1 tbspred chilli powder
1dry red chilli
5-6 tbspOil

In a kadhai, heat the oil, add hing and add methi, cover it and let it cook for 5 mins on high flame.

Add the boiled potatoes, add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, and mix well, cover it and let it cook for another 5 mins.

Aloo methi sabzi is ready. Enjoy it with rotis.
