Fresh Green Grapes Juice with Chia Seeds

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupGreen Grapes
  2. 1teasp Chia Seeds soaked in water for half an hour
  3. Sugar to taste optional
  4. 1 pinchblack salt optional
  5. 1/2teasp lemon juice
  6. As neededWater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak chia seeds in 1/2 cup water for half an hour.

    Crush and blend the green grapes and sugar in jar with a little water.

  3. 3

    Strain the juice into a glass. Add water mixed chia seeds and adjust the quantity of water accordingly. Add salt and lemon.

    It's ready. Consume/serve immediately.
