This is good with a lot of Paprika, but not for The Well crowd. More Onion would be good. I adjusted the flavor by adding a bit of BBQ sauce
Cooking Instructions

Heat broth on stovetop. Heat Mushrooms on stovetop

Brown sausage, brown moose meat in sausage in batches. Store browned meat in hotel pan in hot oven

Chop onion, celery and pepper. Saute in butter in large pan

Adf salt and spices to sauted veggies

Mix meat, veggies, mushrooms and broth in two equal pots on stovetop. Call this "goulash"

Mix goulash 1:2 with sour cream before adding back into goulash to make stroganov. This avoids curdling.

Add cream

Add mustard

Serve over Hotel Pan Rice. 1.5 cups rice, 1 cup stroganov
