Ingredients

  1. 2 lbspicy sausage
  2. 2 lbmild sausage
  3. 20 lbmoose burger
  4. 3onions
  5. 2 lb celery
  6. 1bell pepper
  7. 25 cupsmoose broth
  8. Canola oil
  9. 4 lbsauted mushrooms
  10. 4 Tbspallspice
  11. 4 Tbspsalt
  12. 8 Tbsppaprika
  13. 1 cupminced garlic (jar)
  14. 8 lbsour cream
  15. 8 cupscream
  16. 1 cupmustard

Cooking Instructions

    Heat broth on stovetop. Heat Mushrooms on stovetop

    Brown sausage, brown moose meat in sausage in batches. Store browned meat in hotel pan in hot oven

  3. 3

    Chop onion, celery and pepper. Saute in butter in large pan

  4. 4

    Adf salt and spices to sauted veggies

  5. 5

    Mix meat, veggies, mushrooms and broth in two equal pots on stovetop. Call this "goulash"

  6. 6

    Mix goulash 1:2 with sour cream before adding back into goulash to make stroganov. This avoids curdling.

    Add cream

    Add mustard

  9. 9

    Serve over Hotel Pan Rice. 1.5 cups rice, 1 cup stroganov
