Wash thick poha and soak it for 10 minutes

Take a saucepan add oil and crackle mustard seed and jeera

Chop all the ingredients onion carrot

When mustard and jeera crackle add all the veggies and saut it

At turmeric powder salt and green chilli

Mix all the ingredients properly after 5 minutes add soaked poha
- 7
Mix it properly covered the late for 5 minutes and switch off the flame
- 8
And here's broccoli added vegetable poha are ready
