Ingredients

  1. 5-6lbs. pork liempo (pork belly) cubed
  2. 2Knorr Pork Cube
  3. 1/2 lbpig liver, cubed
  4. 2-3medium potato, diced
  5. 2-3medium carrot, cubed
  6. 1 1/2 cupsoy sauce
  7. 2 piecelemon
  8. 2medium onion, minced
  9. 10 clovesgarlic, minced
  10. 1 teaspoonginger, minced
  11. 3 teaspoongranulated white sugar
  12. 2 cuptomato sauce
  13. 2 cupwater
  14. 8 pieceshotdogs, sliced diagonally
  15. 8 piecesdried bay leaves
  16. 8 tablespoonscooking oil
  17. Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Wash pork thoroughly. Combine pork, soysauce, and lemon in a bowl. Marinate for at least 1 hour. Heat oil in a pan.

    Prepare vegetables by washing and cutting.

    Heat oil in a pan. Saute ginger then add the liver and saute until cooked. Set aside.

    Saute garlic and onion. Add the marinated pork. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Pour in tomato sauce and water and then add the bay leaves.

    Add Knorr pork cube or powder. Let boil and simmer for 30 minutes to an hour depending on the toughness of the pork. Note: Add water as necessary.

    Add back the cooked liver then the hot dogs. Cook for 5 minutes.

    Put-in potatoes, carrots, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for 8 to 12 minutes. Serve. Share and enjoy!
