  1. 1banana peeled and chopped
  2. 5Dates pitted and chopped
  3. 1/2 teasp flaxseed
  4. 1 teasp nut butter optional or
  5. 4-5 blanched almonds
  6. 1 cupyogurt
  7. 1/2 cupmilk- dairy/non dairy
  8. 1 dashcinnamon powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First put all the ingredients in a blender and blend till a smooth consistency is achieved.

    Add honey/sugar.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle some cinnamon powder. It's ready. Consume immediately.
