A mom at a house I visited in Canada served this treat. I was shocked at how simple the recipe was. It's a very simple and straightforward treat, but it's addictive! I learned this recipe while traveling.

200 gmarshmallows
80-100 gbutter
150-200 gRice Krispies
1 dashvanilla extract

Grease a pan or line it with parchment paper. Place butter in a large pot and heat over medium heat. Once it starts to melt, add marshmallows and vanilla extract.

Stir while watching the mixture, and once the marshmallows are completely melted, remove from heat and quickly mix in the Rice Krispies until evenly coated.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan, cover with parchment paper, and press down firmly. Once completely cooled, it's ready to serve.
