Cut potato to small pieces as in photo and put into oven for 25 mins at 400

Cut Bacon in very small and fry until it turn to nice colour

When Potato turned to gold nice colour you put it pan, and bacon on top then keep grill around 10mins until both turn to very nice gold colour,then you cut green onion put on top, then put cheese on top

Final Bacon and Potato with very nice colour and crispy.
