Ingredients

  • 2 cupsmilk chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp.vanilla
  • 1 (14 oz)can sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 cupsmilk
  • 1 1/2 cupsheavy whipping cream
  • garnish with whipped cream, or marshmallows
  • 21and older must try with rum chata or peppermint schnapps

    Place all ingredients in crock pot.

    Cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
