Yaki Udon with BBQ Sauce

I made yaki udon using leftover Japanese BBQ sauce from the fridge.

I always have a bit of Japanese BBQ sauce left over. I mixed it into yaki udon for this dish.

I made yaki udon using leftover Japanese BBQ sauce from the fridge.

I always have a bit of Japanese BBQ sauce left over. I mixed it into yaki udon for this dish.

Slice the pork into thin strips. Cut the carrot into matchsticks about 1/2 inch (1 cm) wide. Slice the onion, and cut the cabbage into 3/4-inch (2 cm) squares.

Heat oil in a skillet. Add the pork and cook, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Add the carrot and onion, stir-fry, then add the Worcestershire sauce.

Add the udon noodles, then the cabbage, and stir-fry everything together. Season with Japanese BBQ sauce and soy sauce, then serve.
