Ingredients

  1. 1/2 blocksilken tofu
  2. 3 sticksimitation crab
  3. Green onions, to taste
  4. 1 pinchSalt and pepper,
  5. 3-4 tablespoonspotato starch
  6. 1 pinchChicken bouillon powder,
  7. as neededSesame oil,
  8. as neededPonzu sauce,

Cooking Instructions

    Wrap the tofu in paper towels and let it drain in a colander for about 30 minutes.

    Tear the imitation crab into pieces. Finely chop the green onions.

  3. 3

    Mix the tofu, imitation crab, green onions, salt, pepper, potato starch, and chicken bouillon powder well. Note: More potato starch makes it chewier.

    Heat a generous amount of sesame oil in a frying pan and cook the mixture from step 3 on both sides.

    Once cooked, drain the oil.

    Enjoy with ponzu sauce if you like.
