Cooking Instructions

Use either silken or firm tofu. Cut into large cubes.

Beat the egg.

Thinly slice the scallions for garnish.

Mix the ingredients marked with ★ to make a cornstarch slurry.

Add the ingredients marked with ○ to a frying pan and bring to a boil over medium heat.

Once boiling, slowly pour the beaten egg in a circular motion to create egg ribbons. Be careful not to mix the egg and broth if the temperature is too low.

Add the tofu. Break the imitation crab into pieces by hand and add it. Cover and heat until the tofu is warm.

Add the cornstarch slurry. Mix quickly until the mixture is uniform and thickened. Taste and adjust with salt if needed.

Serve in a bowl and top with the garnish. Enjoy it hot!
