Ingredients

  • 9 ozground pork (250 g)
  • 1 3/4 ozglass noodles, soaked until soft (50 g)
  • 3/4 ozwood ear mushrooms, 3/4 oz shiitake mushrooms, both soaked until soft (20 g each)
  • 1/2carrot, finely chopped
  • 2shallots
  • 2 tablespoonschicken bouillon powder
  • 2 teaspoonsground black pepper
  • 2eggs
  • Spring roll wrappers
  • Beer mixed with caramel sauce (nước hàng) for brushing the wrappers
  • 1little green onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Finely chop all the ingredients and mix with the ground pork.

    Mix beer with caramel sauce (nước hàng). Since the wrappers are thin, stack two wrappers together, then brush both sides evenly with the beer mixture. Finally, wrap the filling in the wrappers to form spring rolls.

    Finish wrapping all the spring rolls.

    Heat oil in a pan over high heat. Fry the spring rolls for the first time until lightly golden, about 5 minutes, turning them over and reducing the heat halfway through.

    First fry is done.

    When ready to eat, fry the spring rolls a second time until both sides are evenly golden and crispy. Enjoy!
