Nem rán (Chả giò – Vietnamese Fried Spring Rolls)

Finely chop all the ingredients and mix with the ground pork.

Mix beer with caramel sauce (nước hàng). Since the wrappers are thin, stack two wrappers together, then brush both sides evenly with the beer mixture. Finally, wrap the filling in the wrappers to form spring rolls.
