We have girls festival every 3rd March it's called ``(O)Hina mathuri'', we enjoy some special foods and drink on that day and display ohina dolls at girl's home. When I was child my parents displayed ohina dolls and hisimochi, Hisi means figure of diamond Mochi means ricecake the hisimochi made from rice normary but I made that from jello this time.

Ingredients

  • 6 gpowder ager (2g×3)
  • 15 gsugar (5g×3)
  • 3~4 strawberries←for pink jello
  • little matcha powder←for green jello
  • 50 mlwarm milk←for white jello
  • 380 mlwater (150・100・120)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix 2g ager and 150ml water well before heat.

  2. 2

    Heat until boiling.

  3. 3

    After boiled it leave and mix a couple of mins.(stir sometimes)

    Turn off the heat add 5g suger and a little matcha powder.

    Dip two containers into water for an instant or spray water then transfer it to a container.

    Mix 2g ager and 100ml water mix well before heat.

  7. 7

    After boiled it leave and mix a couple of mins.(stir sometimes)

  8. 8

    Turn off the heat add 50ml warm milk and 5g sugar then mix well.

    Transfer it on the matcha jello ※Make sure the matcha jello is hard※

    Squeeze 3・4 strawberries.

    Mix 2g ager and 120ml water well before heat.

  12. 12

    Turn off the heat and add strawberry juice and 5g suger then mix well.

    Transfer it on the others jello ※Make sure the others jello are hard※

    After harden remove it carefully.

    Cut into 4pieces.

    Form into diamond.

    It's done!!
