Preheat oven to 450 degrees

In a large bowl, put in flour and sugar then mix. Slowly add the buttermilk while stirring the flour mixture in your hands. Once the mixture isn't sticky lay it out on a bread board. Carefully fold it over a few times and place in a cast iron skillet. Optional place a drop of honey on the top of each biscuit before baking. Bake for about 15 min.

The gravy in a large brown up your sausage till no longer pink. Sprinkle about a two tablespoons of flour over the top and add the butter. Stir till not a lot of flour is seen then slowly pour in the milk moving the mixture till blended. If too thick add a bit more milk if you thin add a bit more flour.
