Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 200 gHarusame Noodles (Bean Thread Noodles)
  2. 1/2-1Cucumber
  3. 1/2-1Carrot
  4. 4-5 slicesHam
  5. 2Eggs *Make Thin Egg Omelette
  6. Dressing Ingredients
  7. 1 tablespoonSugar
  8. 2-3 tablespoonsSoy Sauce
  9. 2 tablespoonsRice Vinegar
  10. 1 tablespoonSesame Oil
  11. 1 tablespoonRoasted Sesame Seeds
  12. 1 teaspoonMustard *Optional

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook Harusame Noodles as instructed. Basically cook in boiling water until turns transparent. Rinse in cold water and drain well.

  2. 2

    Cut Cucumber, Carrot and Ham into thin strips.

  3. 3

    Make thin Egg Omelette and cut them into thin strips.

  4. 4

    Combine all the Dressing Ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

  5. 5

    Place everything in a large mixing bowl, add the Dressing and mix well.
