First we will saute Dhani, Murmura and Makhana on low flame.

Then we will heat the oil in the pan and fry the chickpeas, dal, green chillies, peanuts,curry leaves in it on low flame.

Now in a big pan, add one teaspoon of oil, add asafoetida, turmeric, coriander, Murmura dhani makhana mix and keep stirring.
Now when it becomes crunchy, add chaat masala, chili powder, turmeric powder, fried green chilies, curry leaves,peanuts,dal and mix it. - 5
