Assemble ingredients, chop Okra.

Make a medium slurry of Mustard paste. Add 1 tsp Mustard oil + little salt + turmeric powder into Mustard slurry and keep aside.

In heated pan add oil, allow to heat and then add Nigella seeds and allow to sizzle. Add chopped Okra and fry under low to medium flame till Okra is 80 % cooked.

Now add the Mustard slurry + salt and mix well. Cover and cook under medium flame for few minutes.
Remove cover and cook further for few more minutes till it stops the sizzling sound. - 5
Dish is done.
