Ingredients

10 minutes

1 serving

200 gbok choy
1 Tbspsesame oil (or olive oil)
2garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
1/4 tspchopped ginger
1 Tbsplight soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat oil in a pan, saute garlic and ginger over medium-high heat until fragrant

Add the bok choy and stir-fry until crisp-tender. Season with salt and pepper, take off heat

Drizzle the soy sauce over the bok choy and toss together to mix. Serve and enjoy 😊
