Besan chilla with greek yogurt and some lettuces

Ingredients

  1. Gramflour (besan)
  2. 1medium Carrot
  3. 1medium onion
  4. Spinach
  5. Paneer
  6. leavesSome coriander and mint
  7. Water to mix
  8. Salt and peeper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Make a mix of gram flour and water.

  2. 2

    Add all fine chopped vegetables and spices as your taste.

  3. 3

    Take a non sticky pan and pour the mixer of gram flour and vegetables on it and spread it evenly.

  4. 4

    Now cook it from both sides and serve hot with greek yogurt and lettuce.

  5. 5

    Its best and healthy for breakfast.
