Steps

Boil the sweet corn and separate the corn from the cob.
crush the tomato onion.
Crush chilli garlic and ginger.
Crush the coconut and make the milk. - 2
Add oil in the pan.
Add cumin seeds, Bay leaf, cinnamon stick and dry red chilli.
Saute well.
Now add onion tomato paste together with chilli, garlic ginger paste and sauté well till oil release. - 3
Now add salt, chilli, coriander and turmeric powder
Mix it with little water and cover the pan till masala cooks well.
Now add sweet corn and mix it. - 4
Time to add coconut milk and fresh coriander.
Mix and cover the pan till milk reduces in half and gets a thick consistency. - 5
Sweet corn in coconut milk curry is ready.
Transfer in the bowl.
Sprinkle with coriander and serve.
Enjoy with naan or paratha.
