Easy Homemade Condensed Milk Easy Homemade Condensed Milk
Condensed milk is expensive if you buy it, and it gets used up in the blink of an eye, so I decided to make it myself. There is absolutely no difference between using discounted milk that is close to its expiration date and high quality milk, so it's a great deal. I use a 1 L container of milk when making this, and store it in the freezer.Be sure not to let it burn when mixing and reducing the milk.If you use white sugar, it will be slightly cream-coloured, but if you use raw sugar or brown sugar, it will have a slight amber colour. Choose whichever you like. You can also use soy milk, by the way. Recipe by Takobasu kitchen cookpad.japan -
Condensed Milk Condensed Milk
Since I can't ever completely use a whole carton of condensed milk, I make this only when I need it. The basic recipe is [Milk: 100 ml + Sugar: 1 tablespoon]. So if you just remember that the finished amount is half of that ratio, you can make the amount you need whenever you need it.Please take care not to burn it. You can also use the microwave but there is the chance that it will bubble over, so please use a large heat-proof container. The amount of time it takes to cook is when it has boiled down to half the amount, so if making in the microwave, take it out and stir it occasionally to check. Homemade Vanilla Condensed Milk Homemade Vanilla Condensed Milk
My sons love condensed milk, and so I thought vanilla condensed milk would probably be delicious too.It will thicken as it cools, so if you boil it down to a thick consistency, the condensed milk will be very firm. Remove the pot from the heat when it looks like it's still not quite ready as it'll continue to cook in residual heat. Recipe by Madamusen cookpad.japan -

Homemade Condensed Milk Made in a Pot Homemade Condensed Milk Made in a Pot
Cooking in a microwave is good, but I prefer a pot.Turn off the heat when the mixture starts to thicken. It's easier to cook with powdered sugar (without cornstarch). If the mixture hardens when you take it out from the fridge, add a small amount of milk, stir, then microwave. Please be careful not to let it boil over!! Recipe by Akahoppe cookpad.japan -

Easy Condensed Milk Ice Candy Easy Condensed Milk Ice Candy
I bought the ice bar mold from the 100 yen shop.I tried many recipes to enjoy homemade ice candy often. This refreshing taste is my favourite.I will attempt to make more varieties for the summer. The warm homemade condensed milk mixes easily with cold milk. These ice candies have less sweetness than normal ice candies, except for the azuki beans flavour. If you have a sweet tooth, please adjust the sugar amount. If you reduce the azuki beans, please increase the milk amount. This ice candy might melt more quickly than ice candy sold in shops.Try putting the ice candy in the freezer for a while after you pull out from the molds. It will set hard. Recipe by haruru cookpad.japan
