  • 1 cuppowdered milk
  • 1/3 cupwater
  • 2/3 cupsugar
  • 3 tbspbutter

    Put butter and water in a microwave safe bowl and heat for two minutes

  2. 2

    CAUTION: Bowl will be hot!

  3. 3

    Add remaining ingredients to bowl and whisk with mixer.

really that's it?,wow if I knew it was that easy to make this. I wouldn't buy it lol.thank you. ill try this when I run out and need.more haha
