Cooking Instructions

Dice jalepenos into small pieces and remove seeds

Beat 2 eggs together
- 3
Add salt and pepper for taste and mix well

Add jelepenos and stir then fry on buttered/oiled pan on medium low
- 5
Make sure egg coats entire pan and cover and cook for about 45 seconds or until top is no longer runny
- 6
Add mozzarella cheese to half the egg then fold over
- 7
Cover and let cook for 10 more seconds then serve
